(Richmond, VA) – Dynamic Brands, a portfolio of golf and recreational brands based in Richmond, Virginia, has acquired a 65,000 square-foot warehouse facility on 15+ acres in Pageland, South Carolina.
“The new facility will give us additional space to expand our offices as well as production and warehouse storage,” said Leighton Klevana, CEO of Dynamic Brands. “We will also be able to offer in-house customization of golf gear to our customers.”
Dynamic Brands is the parent company for a portfolio of brands of golf and recreational accessories; from manufacturing, to distribution and sales, business to business and direct to consumer. The current 45,000 square-foot warehouse on 5 acres in Monroe, North Carolina is where production and shipping is based for sport towels, rental push carts, golf ball retrievers and portable tailgate flagpoles. Quality control and testing for electric golf push carts is also based in the Monroe warehouse.
“Our business expanded to the point where we have outgrown our current facility,” said Klevana. “The location we selected is close to our current facility, is the optimal size and layout for our business and gives us the opportunity for future expansion.”
Plans include complete office renovations, interior improvements for production and operation as well as exterior upgrades. Improvements on the new property are scheduled to be underway as soon as zoning and permits are issued, with move in by the end of the first quarter of 2019. Dynamic Brands employs approximately 30 full-time, part-time and seasonal employees at the Monroe, North Carolina location in sales, customer service, operations and production. Corporate headquarters are based in Richmond, Virginia with 25 full-time employees in sales, marketing, logistics, operations, customer service, product development, accounting and finance.
