2015 PGA Tour Season Proves That It Pays to Play Golf Pride

(SOUTHERN PINES, N.C.) - Power management company Eaton announced that its Golf Pride Grips division experienced a banner year on the PGA TOUR in 2015, claiming victories in 39 of the 47 official PGA TOUR events. Golf Pride’s 39 wins, which included a clean sweep of all 4 Major Championships, 4 FedEx Cup Playoff events and the 2015 PLAYERS CHAMPIONSHIP, accounted for 83% of all tournaments played.

Winners using Golf Pride grips during the 2015 season earned $57,852,000, with the nearest grip competitor tallying $5.8 million in comparison.  In fact, players who trusted their games to Golf Pride earned a total of $255,480,000 on the PGA TOUR this year, accounting for 80% of all dollars earned.  Furthermore, with an average of 80% of players on Tour choosing to use Golf Pride on any given week, the company estimates that over 25,000 Golf Pride grips were used in competition throughout the 2015 PGA TOUR Season.
