That’s Eatertainment Corp. Joins NextLinks to Create Breakthrough Social Experience
(Santa Ana, Calif.) – NextLinks, an industry leader in technology-driven golf entertainment, recently formed a strategic business partnership with the innovative entertainment-and-dining enterprise That’s Eatertainment Corp. (TEC) and will soon break ground on the alliance’s first joint project.
NextLinks CEO Dave Shultz says The Revelry, a nearly 62,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor dining and entertainment complex in Mesa, Arizona’s energetic and trendy Riverview district, will be the ideal showcase for NextLinks’ and TEC’s groundbreaking gaming platforms and TEC’s craft for combining exhilarating dining and entertainment experiences for all ages.

TEC’s signature gaming attraction is Modern Round, where visitors can play one-of-a-kind interactive on-screen games using high-tech simulated firearms in a lively atmosphere that also features a pleasing food menu and great array of craft cocktails. Gamified, completely-safe shooting challenges abound in Modern Round’s gaming galleries while the culinary offerings are a giant step above typical bar or entertainment complex fare.
“The variety of fun activities at The Revelry— from playing NextLinks putting games with friends or groups on our SmartGreens (which are powered by our proprietary software and laser-light system) to the exhilaration of Modern Round® and all of the outstanding food and drink options—is going to provide something greater Phoenix has never experienced before,” says Shultz.
The Revelry’s location, less than one mile from the Chicago Cubs’ Spring Training facility and a short distance from the Arizona State University campus puts the entertainment mini-mecca in the heart of one of greater Phoenix’s most popular social destinations. Morning Ritual, another TEC signature restaurant concept that will also be a part of The Revelry along with an upscale arcade and more dining options.
“NextLinks fits into the Revelry plan perfectly,” says Traci Thompson, TEC director of sales and marketing. “When our chief technology officer, Chris Castille played the NextLinks Putting Games at the ‘Shots in the Night’ installation at Indian Wells Golf Resort in Palm Springs, he knew instantly we had the perfect partner. He’s actually hooked on golf more than ever now.”
The Revelry will be home to the first indoor/outdoor NextLinks installation with a planned 14 NextLinks SmartGreen putting greens expected to be situated in an atrium that connects the complex’s two main buildings. “We’ve expanded the NextLinks SmartGreen gaming platform to accommodate more people on the greens at the same time and that’s going to lend itself wonderfully to large groups during the day or at night,” says Shultz. “In the evening when there’s live music and people enjoying this unique entertainment space, it’s going to be something special.”
Phase One of the Revelry project is expected to open to the public in January 2020 with Modern Round® and NextLinks in full swing and with Morning Ritual opening a short time later during the second phase of the complex’s construction.

Sport is the best leisure. If I have children, I'll try to organize their free time in such a way that they spend most of it actively playing some kind of sports games or even going in for sports professionally.
