Twin Dolphin Los Cabos to Unveil Fred Couples Signature Golf Course Fall 2018

Club and Course to Open at Premier Master-Planned Community

(REDWOOD CITY, CALIF.) - Ohana Real Estate Investors, LLC (Ohana) is gearing up to introduce its highly-anticipated Fred Couples Signature Golf Course in Los Cabos, Mexico. Slated to open in November 2018, the golf course is set within Twin Dolphin Los Cabos, a 1,400-acre master-planned community that encompasses the new Montage Los Cabos Resort & Residences, and Maravilla Los Cabos, a private residential community, as well as future retail shops and restaurants.

The Twin Dolphin golf course will be the first Fred Couples Signature Golf Course in Mexico. The course will be exclusively available to Twin Dolphin homeowners who are members of Twin Dolphin Golf Club. Montage Los Cabos resort guests will also have limited access to the signature course. Couples’ overall vision for the course is underscored by his continuous and energetic immersion in the project. Thoughtfully designed, the course features desert and ocean views from every hole, as well as canyon-like arroyos and local flora that pays tribute to the land and location. His enthusiasm has driven him to visit the site numerous times since its inception. Beyond his role as designer and ambassador, Couples will be a part of the Twin Dolphin community as a resident and member, utilizing the course to prepare for upcoming golf tournaments and events.

Guests will enjoy highly personalized service, a full practice range, short-game practice chipping areas, practice putting greens, a full-service clubhouse, on-course amenities, caddies and on- course service staff, and a state-of-the-art maintenance facility. Practice facilities will include individual hitting stations with personalized laser-measured yardages to target greens. Each hitting station will be equipped with player amenities, and state- of-the-art instruction video and computer systems will be available to guests as part of the instructional program.
