Loan for Expansive Banyan Cay Lifestyle Community

(West Palm Beach, Fla.) – Banyan Cay Development, together with Noble House Hotels & Resorts, are moving full speed ahead at Banyan Cay with the recent announcement of a construction loan from Calmwater Capital for a substantial development project. The funds will dramatically accelerate the construction of the Banyan Cay luxury hotel and conference center, spa, and real estate development. The existing Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and soon-to-be completed clubhouse are nestled within the resort development, offering even more amenities and member access to the exclusive Banyan Cay Golf Club.

With the construction loan from Calmwater Capital, and project management of Banyan Cay from Jacob Companies, the 150-room luxury resort with a conference center will be completed in late 2019.
