(ORLANDO, Fla.) – Golf Channel announced that STEPHEN CURRY, All-Star point guard for the Golden State Warriors, and one of sports’ most appealing athletes, will join Emmy-nominated television personality David Feherty in 2017 on his self-titled Feherty series presented by Farmers Insurance. As previously announced as part of Feherty’s 7th season, Golden Globe and Academy Award-winning actor MATTHEW MCCONAUGHEY and former Secretary of State CONDOLEEZZA RICE also will appear, rounding out a guest lineup of golf enthusiasts from across entertainment, sports and politics. Additional upcoming guests include three members of the World Golf Hall of Fame: HALE IRWIN, NANCY LOPEZ and MARK O’MEARA.

Season 7 Premiere of Feherty Earns Record Viewership
Feherty saw record viewership for the season 7 two-part premiere with golf icon Phil Mickelson earlier this month. Part I (Monday, March 6) became the most-watched Golf Channel original production ever on a Live+3 basis (.41 rating, 640k avg. viewers). The following week, Part II (Monday, March 13) became the most-watched Feherty premiere episode ever (.27 rating, 442k avg. viewers), earning a spot in the top-10 for sports programming for two consecutive Mondays.
