History Made with Grafalloy Blue

(MEMPHIS, Tenn.) — For the first time in the history of golf, one player won both the PGA TOUR’s FedExCup and the European Tour’s Race to Dubai within the same season.

He achieved this feat by winning the European Tour’s season-ending World Tour Championship with Grafalloy Blue in his driver and fairway wood. At the event this weekend, the winner shot a final-round 8-under 64 for a 263 and a six-shot victory. He carded six birdies in the final round and finished with an eagle on 18.

“We are so excited to congratulate the World Tour Championship winner on this historic victory,” said Chad Hall, director of product marketing and global tour operations for True Temper Sports. “To win the biggest prizes on both the PGA and European Tours really speaks to the level of his game. As one of his competitors said, ’he is the best player on the planet right now,’ and we are so proud that Grafalloy Blue could play a part in that.”

On the PGA TOUR, the winner of the 2013 OHL Classic at Mayakoba trusted his iron play to Dynamic Gold for the win this weekend in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. This was the second PGA TOUR career win for the champion and the fifth straight win for Dynamic Gold this 2013-2014 season.
