The Club at Sunrise Recognized as the 'Most Worth The Green Fee' in 2019

GreensKeeper.org awards The Club at Sunrise at the top of all Southern Nevada 


(Las Vegas, Nevada) – The Club at Sunrise continues to be recognized for its great value in Las Vegas and was recently honored by GreensKeeper.com as the winner of the “Most Worth The Green Fee” award for all of Southern Nevada for the year 2019. The course, which is managed by KemperSports, received this award last year making it the second time in a row to be recognized by consumer reviews.

This award was derived from analyzing the last 12 months of online ratings and reviews submitted by site users of Greenskeeper.org. Greenskeeper.org, is the most credible and longstanding golf course review platform consisting of approximately 75,000 members.

The Club at Sunrise is located in Eastern Las Vegas, and just minutes from the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. Originally opened as The Winterwood Golf Club, it was designed by Dick Wilson and Joe Lee in 1964. As part of the larger Las Vegas Wash Project, the club re-emerged in 2016 after undergoing a full renovation by golf course architect, Randy Heckenkemper.

At 6,503 yards, the Par 72 golf course offers a unique golfing experience with picturesque golf holes carefully contoured and designed to appeal to all levels of playability. In addition to the new course, the facility features a driving range and short game practice area, an event lawn, and a newly constructed clubhouse complete with a golf shop and The Winterwood Grille restaurant.
