Troon's New Florida Office To Be Led With Global Perspective

(Scottsdale, Ariz.) – Troon, the leader in golf course management, development, and marketing, has announced that Bruce Glasco, president of the Troon International Division, will also serve as managing director of their new Palm Beach Gardens, Florida office. Glasco, an industry veteran of 25-plus years and longtime leader of Troon’s International Division, welcomes the opportunity to open another office for the industry giant, having successfully opened offices around the world in such far-away locations as Australia, Dubai and Switzerland.

Glasco joined Troon in 1999 as vice president of operations and was promoted to senior vice president of the company's Australia Pacific Division in 2001. He was appointed senior vice president and managing director of the company's Europe, Middle East and Africa operations in 2006 and in 2012, Glasco was named chief operating officer of Troon’s International Division.

Prior to joining Troon, Glasco specialized in operations at several of the world's leading golf facilities. The list includes such recognized properties as the famed Pine Valley Golf Club, Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Club, the Kapalua Golf Club and Resort, and the exclusive Maroon Creek Club. Glasco also possesses a development background having served in a project management capacity for Hines, one of the world's most recognized international developers.
