Lanctôt tees it up with G-Mac

(Montréal, P.Q.) – Lanctôt Ltée, a worldwide leader in manufacturing and distribution of the finest sports brands, has reached an agreement to distribute the G-Mac by Kartel collection in Canada.

“For more than 60 years, Lanctôt Ltée has been synonymous with excellence in sporting goods and apparel,” said Diane Lanctôt, President of Lanctôt Ltée. “Our agreement with Kartel continues that uncompromising tradition, and the G-Mac by Kartel Collection is a perfect compliment to our NIVO Collection of women’s golf wear.”

The G-Mac Collection by Kartel embodies the personality and style of one of golf’s finest players, 2010 U.S. Open Champion Graeme McDowell. Bearing McDowell’s nickname ‘G-Mac,’ the line harkens back to a time of understated sophistication and three time-honoured Kartel principles; superior craftsmanship, performance fabrics, and a modern vintage style.

“We are delighted to have Lanctôt come on board with us as distributors of the G-Mac by Kartel collection in Canada,” said Karl Swan, Kartel Managing Director. “Since the launch of the collection we have had a great response from the Canadian market and we believe Lanctôt will do an excellent job of getting the collection out to those customers. We are looking forward to a long and prosperous relationship with Lanctôt.”

Based in Dublin, Ireland, with a heritage of producing fine garments since 1947, Kartel created the G-Mac Collection with Graeme McDowell in 2012. Kartel’s craftsmen and tailors ensured an exceptional focus on cut and details, while also giving a nod to McDowell’s trademark modern vintage style. The G-Mac by Kartel collection is designed specifically to have a stylish, sophisticated, luxury upmarket feel using only the best filaments, yarns, and fabrics.

Lanctôt Ltée., with over 5,000 customers and partners across the country, will distribute the G-Mac by Kartel Collection to the finest green grass and retail stores in Canada.
