Fuller Sotheby’s International Selected as Broker of the Golf Club at Ravenna
(LITTLETON, Colo.) – Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty, Colorado’s leading luxury real estate brokerage company, has been named the exclusive listing agent for the Denver-located Golf Club at Ravenna.
Situated within Waterton Canyon adjacent to Pike National Forest, the 243-lot private enclave provides direct views of the Denver skyline and rugged red outcroppings on the dramatic Front Range. An award-winning Jay Morrish-designed championship golf course anchors the 684-acre property, its signature calling card.
“No one understands and caters to the luxury home market better than Fuller Sotheby’s,” says Glenn Jacks, CEO of River Canyon Real Estate, the property’s owner. “We rely on their expertise to uncover the hidden gem found at Ravenna.”
Under the direction of the well-known and regarded brokerage team of Dale Schossow, Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty has established a local sales office directly at Ravenna, open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and by appointment.
Potential buyers can choose from more than 160 virgin custom home lots - ranging from a third to over a full acre - starting in the $200,000s. Ravenna tapped Denver’s best home builders to reveal signature property elements that pay homage to Old World craftsmanship and Southern Mediterranean living.
According to Schossow, "Sales have already been brisk. We have four custom lots under contract, four expressions of interest, and have entered into written commitments for an additional 29 lots with builders. There are currently 3 homes in the design phase, and one custom home under construction. The magic of Ravenna is evident."
Five custom homes starting at $1.2 million are in the current sales inventory, featuring custom cabinetry, private wine cellars, open-air patios with outdoor fireplaces, concrete tile roofs and colorful mosaics for which the ancient city of Ravenna is known.
“With so few custom-home lots available in Colorado, Ravenna gives owners the ability to create their own dream home within a thriving community,” says Schossow. “We are excited to showcase the natural beauty of the landscape and unveil the possibilities this community provides. It is a breathtaking place to call home.”
All home lots purchased from the owner will include a sports membership to the Golf Club at Ravenna, with family access to the clubhouse, weekly member events, pool and private club dining. Preferred upgrade options to full golf memberships will be available. The Club is managed by Billy Casper Golf, the largest domestic operator of golf courses. Ravenna plans to break ground on a new clubhouse in June of 2014.
Playing from 5,009 to 7,263 yards, the 18-hole golf course is the centerpiece of the Ravenna enclave. Its large undulating greens and array of shot choices appeal to low and high-handicap golfers. The design strategy helped it earn “Best New Course” by Golf Digest and Golfweek upon opening and a top-50 “Best Residential Courses” ranking by Golfweek.
An extensive practice facility includes a 315-yard driving range with seven target bunkers, a large two-tier putting green and short-game area with three practice bunkers.
