(UPLAND, CA) - SCNS Sports Foods, marketer and distributor of the popular 1st Tee and 10th Tee Plus+ nutrition and energy bars, had a successful three days at the recent PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, Fla.
Thousands of show attendees were able to sample the company’s 1st Tee and 10th Tee bars. PGA Tour Pro Scott Langley, whom SCNS sponsors, also joined the SCNS team in the booth on Thursday afternoon.
“Food is always popular at a trade show and we expected to have folks enjoying samples all day long, but it was great to hear from a large number of golfers who told us that they regularly purchase our bars on the course. It’s always nice to hear from happy consumers,” said SCNS founder and COO Bill Stewart. “We were also able to introduce our bars to new buyers which is the main purpose of being at the PGA Merchandise Show.”
SCNS Sports Foods, which launched in 2007, distributes seven different types of nutrition and energy bars: 1st Tee Plus+ Oatmeal Raisin Bar, 1st Tee Plus+ Chocolate Peanut Bar, 1st Tee Dark Chocolate Chip Trail Mix Bars, 1st Tee Honey Almond Snack bar, 10th Tee Plus+ Peanut Honey Bar, 10th Tee Plus+ Chocolate Peanut Caramel Bar, and 10th Tee Cranberry Trail Mix Bar.
Recently, SCNS announced the release of four new Plus+ Bars, which replaced the original four 1st Tee and 10th Tee bars which had been on the market since 2001. Attendees at the PGA Show had the opportunity to sample the new Plus+ bars, which are free of high-fructose corn syrup and artificial flavors.
