Cutter & Buck’s Fall ’13 Men’s Golf Collection Offers Four Distinct, Refined Lines

(SEATTLE) — Cutter & Buck’s Fall 2013 Men’s CB Golf Collection’s merges polished, casual lines with a broad range of lightweight, breathable, quick drying pieces.

The four lines for Fall ’13 blend technology and comfort for great style, on and off the golf course.  Here is a closer look:

Faceted
The collection features wearable bright colors in a play on angled shapes. The colors –Tourmaline (vibrant green), Moonstone (saturated aqua) and Baryl (coral) – are a cheerful mix of gem hues and offer a contrast to a line grounded in black and white.  Faceted’s styling boasts sharp cuts to highlight the clarity of color, while other features include angled color-blocking, clean stripes with unexpected details, multi-colored jacquards, a bold tipped collar and a graphic print.

Vancouver Island
Streamlined and sporty in its inspiration, this group embraces the unique environs of Vancouver Island and is highlighted by clean color blocking, bold contrast details, traditional patterns and a modern varsity sport-styled overknit.  The colors offer a play on tonals to bring depth to the palette, allowing the short sleeves to remain light and the long sleeves wearable.  Vancouver Island features a twist on the traditional red, white and blue story accented with athletic grays.  Available colors: Advantage (light burgundy), Affinity (dark wine), Slice (refreshing water blue), Baseline (deep tidal blue), Polished (light gray) and Link (dark gray).  This delivery is grounded in Aegean (deep navy) and white.

Yesler Way
Nuanced, rich and sophisticated, the Yesler Way collection is a bow to opulence.  Inspired by a modern and eclectic cityscape around the Yesler Way district of Seattle, its sleek color lines, refined patterns, and traditional line with a contemporary twist features eye-catching colors such as Fortune (deep grape shade) and Eminence (deep blackberry), accented by two shades of gray, along with black and white.  An elegant engineered stripe and meticulous plaid complete the collection.  Fabrics are technically focused with performance in mind.

Geared
Using the Pacific Northwest’s bike culture as inspiration, Geared is built on the premise of ergonomic seaming, repetitive shapes, chain stitching and bold stripes.  The standouts are an ultra bold printed stripe, a hexagonal jacquard and melding ombre print.  Tonal shades of turquoise – Pace (a deep turquoise) and Shift (cool aqua) – along with touches of Bridge (a clean saturated patina hue) and Lead (butter yellow) – are paired with black and white to work together in creating a crisp, active color story. Forward thinking but very traditional, this group is intended for the action-oriented golfer.
