Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort Recognized with Condé Nast Traveler’s 2021 Readers’ Choice Award

Venerable Hilton Head Island getaway ranked by travelers as the No. 14 “Best Resort in the South” among the World’s Best Hotels, Resorts, Countries, Cities, Islands, Spas, Trains, Airlines, Airports and Cruises. 

(HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C.) – Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort has been recognized as the No. 14 “Best Resort in the South,” according to Condé Nast Traveler’s results of its annual Readers’ Choice Awards. 

Palmetto Dunes was the highest ranked resort on Hilton Head Island, and ranked ahead of other popular southern enclaves such as The Greenbrier (No. 16), The Omni Grove Park Inn (No. 18) and The Omni Homestead Resort (No. 20) in Condé Nast Traveler’s 2021 rankings. The ​Condé Nast Traveler ​Readers’ Choice Awards are the travel industry’s longest-running and most prestigious recognition of excellence.
