Volunteers from Ellington Ridge Country Club;
Masks and gowns being delivered to Orlando Health
(Orlando, Fla.) – Mountain Productions Inc., the largest staging company in North America, has adapted its production capabilities during this global pandemic to provide essential PPE equipment to those who need it the most.
Partnering with ClubsHELP, a national network of golf clubs providing critical resources to frontline workers in the fight against COVID-19, Mountain Productions donated 1,000 sets of anti-microbial gowns and 3-ply masks in three key geographic areas: University of Mississippi Medical Center (Country Club of Jackson); Advent Health Systems and Orlando Health; and Eastern Connecticut Health Network- Manchester Memorial Hospital (Ellington Ridge Country Club).
“We are proud to support the selfless bravery of first responders across the country,” said Ricky Rose, CEO, Mountain Productions. “Our team is working around the clock to produce American made anti-microbial gowns in our Pennsylvania headquarters. It is our duty to give back to those who are on the front line of this pandemic."
Due to its vast entertainment production experience, working on mega events such as Coachella, Ultra Music Festival, Live 8, Papal visits, The White House Christmas tree lighting and the NFL Draft, Mountain Productions understands the rigors and tight timelines required for temporary construction.
With over 40 years of entertainment industry experience, Mountain Productions has developed a highly innovative and diverse product design and manufacturing team. Recognizing the bespoke sewing capabilities of their staff, Mountain Productions restructured their manufacturing team to create anti-microbial gowns along with other PPE equipment.
“We are so grateful to The Country Club of Jackson for its generous donation to help protect our health care heroes at every level responding to this pandemic. Never before has support from our community been so important to the University of Mississippi Medical Center, and partners like CCJ and Mountain Productions have certainly stepped up and made a difference,” said Jennifer Hospodor, Director, Community Partnerships at the medical center.
In recent weeks, Mountain Productions’ skilled seamstresses have been working around the clock to make tens of thousands of gowns for those tirelessly working on the front line.
“We sincerely appreciate Mountain Productions and ClubsHELP for providing this PPE to Orlando Health,” said Bridget Keefe, Director, Community Relations, Orlando Health. “In addition to serving as a tangible indication of the community’s support of our clinical teams, this contribution demonstrates the community’s respect and honor. We are extremely grateful.”
