Forsgate CC Partners with Annika Sorenstam to Support Charity

Play Golf with LPGA Legend Annika Sorenstam at New Jersey’s Forsgate Country Club on May 12 or Bid to Caddy in the Exhibition Match. Funds Raised will Support the ANNIKA Foundation Charity.

(Monroe Township, NJ) — Forsgate Country Club is hosting a full day of events on May 12 with Hall of Fame golfer Annika Sorenstam in support of the ANNIKA Foundation. Perhaps the most special and memorable experience of the day is scoring the highest bid either to play alongside Annika or to serve as her caddy. 

Two lucky golfers have the chance of a lifetime to play three holes each with the LPGA superstar, or additionally two successful bidders can earn the opportunity to caddy three holes in the six hole afternoon exhibition match on Forsgate’s historic Banks Course. Bids now are being accepted for this exceptional experience to test your shot making skills with Annika or to work as her caddy. Sorenstam, a member of the World Golf Hall of Fame, has won 11 major championships, 72 LPGA tournaments and a total career 89 worldwide titles. She remains the first and only woman professional golfer to shoot 59 in an LPGA event. She is the reigning U.S. Senior Women’s Open champion and will be playing in this year’s U.S. Women’s Open.

The ANNIKA Foundation day at Forsgate offers golfers, fans and juniors the chance to participate in one or more activities featuring Sorenstam. This is a not to be missed opportunity to experience firsthand one of the world’s best golfers. The schedule of events includes: a breakfast session to hear the LPGA legend’s story; a golf clinic followed by a tournament; the six-hole exhibition match and a closing reception with raffle prizes.
