PGA Golf Club to Conduct Women's Golf Day Clinic on September 29

(PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla.) – PGA Golf Club – the PGA of America’s award-winning 54-hole facility — will conduct a Women’s Golf Day clinic on Sept. 29 for people of all ages and skill levels to enjoy golf in a fun and relaxing environment.

The clinic, which takes place from 10 a.m.– 12 p.m. at 1916 Perfect Drive in Port St. Lucie, is open to the first 40 people to register. Instruction is $10 for first-time participants; returning golfers will be charged $15 per person. Equipment will be provided to anyone who needs it, and participants are encouraged to wear red in support of Women’s Golf Day.

The club’s PGA Professionals will operate specialized instruction stations focused on full-swing, chipping and putting techniques. Participants also will receive a 35% off coupon towards one full-priced item in the golf shop. Following the clinic, PGA Golf Club will host a mixer in the Clubhouse from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m., complete with drinks and hors d’oeuvres.

PGA Golf Club hosted a Women’s Golf Day clinic earlier this year on June 4.

“The enormous success of our first Women’s Golf Day clinic had us eager to celebrate once again girls and women of all ages learning and enjoying the game of golf,” says Jeremy Wiernasz, PGA Golf Club General Manager and Director of Golf. “Women are such a key demographic in golf, and making the game more enjoyable to them is vital to growing and developing the sport.”
