(ORLANDO, Fla.) – Smiles on your golf ball … bad.
Smiles in golf … grand!
There’s no better way to add levity to your golfing life than with The Conor Moore Show, which begins its third season today as one of the most-watched original series on GolfPass, golf’s most comprehensive digital membership. NBC Sports Next is offering the entire, eight-episode season for free, with new shows streaming monthly.
Comic, impressionist and internet sensation Conor Moore, whose unique content has attracted more than 20 million views during the first two seasons of the show, is primed yet for another season of big laughs.“This is ‘The Conor Moore Show’ unchained!” Moore said, referring to the logistical and personal challenges brought on by a global pandemic in Seasons 1 and 2. “This year, the shackles have finally come off and we’re bringing to life our funniest and most bizarre moments on the golf course through original sketches and rants.
“We've got interviews with some of the most interesting golfers and notable golf fans,” Moore continued, “and I can't wait for people to see what we have in store for them!”
The debut season of The Conor Moore Show was an immediate hit when it debuted on GolfPass in 2020, earning critical acclaim and fast-becoming the most-watched original series on the platform. Moore takes his best shots at golf’s biggest stories and brightest stars in Season 3 through his impeccable impersonations, real-time monologues and interviews with personalities from sports and entertainment.
In today’s premiere episode, Moore will welcome musician, producer, composer and, perhaps, the best celebrity golfer of the modern era, Kenny G. He’ll also introduce a new segment, “Two Cents in Two Minutes,” which allows him to rant about the people, places and events making headlines in golf – like the controversial LIV Golf Invitational Series, golf etiquette, bad golf gifts, gallery hecklers, and more. A variety of hilarious, new sketches will be introduced throughout the season, featuring cameo appearances by some of the hottest comedians, sketch comics and golf influencers in the business who share a passion for the game.
“Our team has leveled up big time for season three,” said Fran Solomita, Executive Producer & VP of Digital Content, GolfPass. “From Conor’s growth and ascent as an undeniable comedy talent to the writing, guest stars and execution, this season will establish The Conor Moore Show as some of the sharpest sports content anywhere.”
