Rod Spittle Captures Fourth Top 10 of Season at the Toshiba Classic with His CURE RX Series Putter

(Flagler Beach, FL) - Champions Tour Player Rod Spittle used his Cure RX Series putter to capture his fourth Top 10 Finish of the season at the Toshiba Classic held this past weekend at The Newport Beach Country Club in Newport Beach, CA.

Rod Spittle
Spittle shot rounds of 64, 69 and 68 to finish at 12 under for the tournament and capture a T-9th Place Finish. He averaged just 1.675 Putts Per GIR, well below the Tour Average of 1.753, and recorded 16 birdies. This latest Top 10 Finish earned him a paycheck for $41,700.00, bringing his season earnings total to $550,908.00, which places him at 32nd on the Champions Tour Money List.

After spending more time with his RX Series putter and getting a comprehensive fitting in Cure putters testing lab in the off season, Rod has significantly improved his putting stats this season and has a lot more confidence on the green. In 2015, Rod's Overall Putting Average of 1.406 ranks him #14 on the Champions Tour compared to #45 in 2014. Spittle currently ranks #28 in One Putt Percentage, up from #73 last season. A big improvement he attributes to his putter.

"It's been a great year," said Spittle, "I haven't been hitting the ball any better, but I am making a lot more putts! My Cure RX Series putter is the most stable putter I have ever used and my putting stats have improved dramatically - I'm saving over 2 strokes per event since I put it in the bag!"

Cure RX Series putters all feature an Extremely High MOI design, which is very stable and offers incredible forgiveness for much greater accuracy and distance control, even on extreme mishits. The adjustable weighting system allows a far greater range of weight than any other putter on the market, allowing the golfer to find the perfect weight to suit their stroke and tempo. The Triangulation Alignment, invented by Deane Beman, helps you line up your putt like an arrow for deadly accuracy. With a higher center of gravity and lower loft, Cure Putters deliver a superior roll - getting the ball rolling sooner, helping it stay on the intended line. Cure Putters' innovative design takes several problematic variables out of the equation and offers incredible forgiveness and control, resulting in a tighter shot dispersion. Golfers of every skill level will putt more consistently, build confidence and achieve better results with a Cure RX Series putter.
