(Scottsdale, Ariz.) – Two of Arizona’s top golf courses, the Boulders Resort’s North Course and Troon North Golf Club’s Monument Course, will host the 2016 Troon Challenge National Finals presented by Callaway Golf September 9-11. The annual series is Troon's largest amateur golf event, attracting 1,040 competitors in 2016. Two-person teams in both net and gross divisions have competed and qualified at regional host sites throughout the country for a chance to travel to Scottsdale and represent their home club in the Troon Challenge National Finals.
The competitive rounds of the Troon Challenge National Finals will be held on Saturday and Sunday, September 10-11, 2016, with each participant competing on the Boulders North Course on Saturday, and Troon North’s Monument Course on Sunday. On Friday, September 9th, national finalists will attend a special kick-off event at Troon North Golf Club featuring appetizers, beverages and fun activities hosted by Troon Challenge sponsors. In addition, each national finalist will enjoy a Callaway Shopping Experience, an Imperial Headwear Troon Challenge national finalist custom hat, and other sponsor gifts and prizes.
