Ilukowicz will lead Troon’s global human resources team, supporting the company’s 35,000-plus associates across 45 states, 40 countries and multiple brands. She will office at Troon’s corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Ariz.

“Deane brings strong experience, a collaborative leadership style, and a genuine commitment to developing people and strengthening culture,” said Troon President and CEO Tim Schantz. “She has strong business acumen and is going to add a lot to the team.”
Ilukowicz has an MBA from Wake Forest University and her bachelor’s degree in social and behavioral science from The Johns Hopkins University. She also served as a trustee for the Community College System of New Hampshire and provides free HR consulting to nonprofit organizations.
