The Davison Country Club is up for sale, offering a rare chance to own one of Genesee County’s most iconic properties.
The 131-acre private club located at 9512 East Lippincott Blvd. in Davison Township is listed at $2.3 million and is being marketed by Larry Dail of the Plymouth-based Glover Agency.
“It’s never been sold before,” said Dail. “And also, it’s a private club, so you have to be a member. It’s always been that way.”
The property includes a 20,000-square-foot clubhouse and an 18-hole golf course, as well as a range of updated amenities such as renovated banquet rooms, a new bridal suite, an upgraded pro shop, and a driving range.
Active membership and a full calendar of tournaments and social events make the club a cornerstone of the Davison area community.
Despite the recent listing, the country club remains open and fully operational, continuing a legacy of more than 50 years in the region.
