Boca West Country Club proudly dedicated its 15th Habitat for Humanity home on Friday, August 25, in South Bay, marking another milestone in the Club’s long-standing commitment to community service. Members of the Club’s Board of Directors joined the celebration, cutting the ribbon alongside the new homeowner, Ke’yanna Ramsey, and her family.

As a major sponsor, Boca West contributed not only financial support but also countless volunteer hours to bring the project to life. For Ke’yanna, a South Bay native and single mother of two, the home represents a fresh start and the foundation for a brighter future.

“Becoming a homeowner still feels surreal,” she shared at the dedication. “I am grateful and overjoyed.”

Ke’yanna has worked tirelessly to provide stability for her children while pursuing her dream of making a difference. Though she once hoped to be a chef, she is now preparing to become a teacher so she can inspire others. Her journey with Habitat has been about more than building walls—it’s about creating a lasting legacy for her family and giving back to her community.

The new home is the 15th sponsored by Boca West Country Club in partnership with Habitat for Humanity South Palm Beach County over the past 14 years.

“Our board members were absolutely thrilled to celebrate this dedication with Ke’yanna and her family,” said Matthew Linderman, CCM, President, COO, and General Manager of Boca West Country Club. “Giving back to the community is so important to our members, and we are proud to invest in programs that change lives.”

Since its founding in 1991, Habitat for Humanity South Palm Beach County has empowered families in Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, and Delray Beach to achieve affordable homeownership. Each partner family contributes sweat equity and repays the home’s cost through a zero-interest mortgage, fostering pride and long-term success.
