True Linkswear Honors Ryan Moore's CIMB Classic Win

'Buy One, Get One on Ryan' shares victory with True's fans

(SCOTTSDALE, AZ) - TRUE linkswear is celebrating co-founder Ryan Moore's win in the CIMB Classic with its biggest promotion to date. Through November 3, TRUE will be running a "Buy One, Get One on Ryan" campaign during which visitors to its web site can purchase one pair of shoes and receive a pair of equal or lesser value free.

Moore picked up his third career PGA TOUR victory with a win over Gary Woodland in a sudden death playoff at the CIMB Classic in Malaysia on Monday. After finishing tied with Woodland at 14-under (274) at the end of the four rounds, he nestled a wedge shot at the 18th hole to within five feet of the flag, sinking a birdie putt to capture the title. With the win, Moore moved to second in the FedEx Cup points standings

"Given that this is Ryan's second win while wearing TRUE, we wanted to do something special to commemorate his victory and let our loyal fans be a part of this celebration," said Jeremy Moore, president of TRUE linkswear. "This limited time offer is a testament to the passion and dedication of our fans, and it's a small gesture from Ryan to thank them for their support."

Throughout the beginning of the 2013-2014 PGA TOUR season, Moore has worn several prototypes for the 2014 line, which TRUE will unveil at the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, Fla., in January. Since the company's founding in 2010, Moore has maintained a hands-on approach with regard to designing and styling each of TRUE's lines.

TRUE recently released the "Ryan Moore Signature Series" to pay tribute to the one-year anniversary of his victory in the 2012 Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open. It included the release of a limited run style, known as the rebel hi and rebel low, as well as runs of its popular sensei and proto styles in charcoal, navy and sand color combinations.
