After Strong Spring, Tidewater Golf Club Looks Forward to Fall Golf Season

In Pristine Condition, One Of Myrtle Beach's Premier Layouts Continues to Wow Golfers

(Cherry Grove, S.C.) - Golfers from across America descended on Tidewater Golf Club this spring to enjoy a round at one of Myrtle Beach’s most highly regarded courses, and the top 100 caliber layout again delivered.

With nine holes that play along either Cherry Grove or the Intracoastal Waterway, Tidewater is one of the prettiest courses along the East Coast, and that is only part of what makes the layout so popular.

Since the completion of a 2014 renovation project, Tidewater has been one of the Myrtle Beach area’s best conditioned courses, and that was again the case this spring. Even on the heels of a winter that exposed the area to historically cold weather, Tidewater, which has greens covers, was in prime shape during the height of the spring season.

“From tee to green, terrific shape,” VThokie9293 wrote in a 5-star TripAdvisor.com review. “Scenic journey around this course plus challenging yet fair holes. Staff very friendly. Definitely plan to return soon.”

As the calendar turns to July, Tidewater continues to be in pristine condition, and just as importantly, the course should be near perfect throughout the fall season.

“We are delighted with the condition of the course and where it is headed,” General Manager Chris Cooper said. “Golfers arrive at Tidewater with high expectations and we look forward to meeting and even exceeding them. We believe Tidewater is one of the premier layouts not in only Myrtle Beach but all of America, and over the second half of 2018, golfers will experience the course at its best.”
