Silverado Resort & Spa and Napa Wineries are Open for Business
“Our hearts go out to those affected by the California wildfires, the devastation of the past few weeks is heartbreaking,” said John Evans, general manager, Silverado Resort and Spa. “It is important to note that the Kincade Fire, located in Sonoma, is now contained and that the fire remained 45 miles away from the grapevines, wineries and resorts of Napa Valley. If you were planning a fall or winter visit to wine country, don’t be deterred. Now is a wonderful time to visit, the fall foliage is turning to reds and golds, while the smell of crushed grapes is in the air.”
To help tourism return to the region, Silverado Resort and Spa has teamed with a number of local wineries to develop their Cabernet Package. Valid now through April 30, 2020, the Cabernet Package includes 35 percent off luxury accommodations at Silverado Resort, two-for-one winery tasting passes and a $50 resort credit.
Silverado Resort and Spa is Napa Valley's only 36-hole golf resort. The 7,166-yard, par 72 North Course annually hosts the PGA TOUR’s Safeway Open, while the 6,612-yard, par 72 South Course is a favorite among members and resort guests. Both courses were re-designed by World Golf Hall of Fame member and former lead NBC golf analyst Johnny Miller. In 2019, the North Course was named to Golfweek’s Best 2019: Top 200 Resort Courses ranking. In addition to two 18-hole golf courses, Silverado features 340 guest rooms, a full service Spa, 10 tennis courts and 10 swimming pools, all in close proximity to Napa Valley’s 540-plus wineries.
Silverado Resort and Spa can be experienced in many ways; including golf stay and play packages, golf groups of 12 or more players, through lessons and golf schools at the Johnny Miller Golf Academy or by becoming a member and joining the Silverado community.
