(Phoenix, Ariz.) – PRO EM Party & Event Rentals announced it has signed a global sponsorship agreement with Katie Burnett, an LPGA Tour professional and graduate of the University of South Carolina. PRO EM will support Burnett throughout the 2018 LPGA Tour season as she looks to improve on a solid 2017 campaign.

This agreement marks PRO EM Party & Event Rental’s first professional athlete sponsorship. The company, however, is very involved in professional and collegiate sports, partnering with and providing event products and/or staffing for the Waste Management Phoenix Open, The LPGA Founders Cup, the KIA Classic, the BMW PGA Championship, the Valero Texas Open, the FedEx St Jude Classic, Quicken Loans National, CareerBuilder Challenge, The USGA, the 2017 NCAA Final Four, the Arizona Diamondbacks, Chicago Cubs, San Francisco Giants, Colorado Rockies and Oakland A’s MLB teams as well as Arizona State Sun Devil Athletics.

Katie Burnett’s Accomplishments:
Burnett joined the LPGA Tour in 2013, a year after graduating from the University of South Carolina. While at South Carolina, Burnett was named a 2012 Second-Team All-American and an Honorable Mention selection in 2010. She holds the all-time scoring record for the Gamecocks and was a two-time All-SEC Second Team selection. As a professional, Burnett has two career top ten finishes – a T9 at the LPGA LOTTE Championship Presented by J Golf and in 2014 and a T2 at the LOTTE Championship Presented by Hershey in 2016.
