(HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA) – Srixon and Cleveland Golf congratulate staffer Ashun Wu for his victory over the weekend at the European Tour Lyoness Open Powered by Sporthilfe Cashback Card at Diamond Country Club in Atzenbrugg, Austria. Following a tournament-low, 7-under-par 65 in the third round, Wu shot a 3-under 69 in the final round to post a 13-under-par total and win by one stroke. His second career European Tour victory makes him the first Chinese player ever to capture multiple events on the circuit; it also marks the first time a Chinese player has ever won a European Tour event on European soil.
With this victory, Wu jumps to 54th in the European Tour Race to Dubai and moves to 127th (from 222nd) in the Official World Golf Rankings.
