54 Troon-Affiliated Facilities Named to Golfweek's Best Resort, Residential and Caribbean/Mexico Courses

(Scottsdale, Ariz.) – Troon, the leader in club management, development, and marketing, is pleased to announce that 54 of its brand-affiliated courses have been named to Golfweek’s newly published “Ultimate Guide” of “Best Courses” for 2020. Troon brands include Troon Golf, Troon Privé, Troon International, Green Golf Partners, Honours Golf and OB Sports.

Twenty-nine Troon-affiliated golf courses are represented on the “Best 200 Resort Courses” list, led by Gamble Sands in Brewster, Wash. at No. 16 and Kapalua Golf’s Plantation Course on Maui, Hawaii at No. 17; Fallen Oak in Saucier, Miss. at No. 21; Cascata Golf Club in Boulder City, Nev. at No. 47; Pronghorn’s Nicklaus Course in Bend, Ore. at No. 54; Princeville Makai Golf Club on Kauai at No. 59; PGA WEST (Stadium) in La Quinta, Calif. at No. 71; and Hammock Beach Resort (Ocean) in Palm Coast, Fla. at No. 88.

Twenty-two Troon-affiliated facilities are included in the “Best 200 Residential Courses,” led by Pronghorn’s Fazio Course in Bend at No. 21 and The Rim in Payson, Ariz. at No. 24; Stone Canyon in Oro Valley, Ariz. at No. 33; Dalhousie in Cape Girardeau, Mo. at No. 66; Quintero Golf Club in Peoria, Ariz. at No. 69; Champion Hills in Hendersonville, N.C. at No. 70; Tetherow in Bend, Ore. At No. 77; Wickenburg Ranch Golf & Social Club in Wickenburg, Ariz. at No. 81; Torreon Golf Club (Cabin) in Show Low, Ariz. at No. 82; Troon Country Club in Scottsdale, Arizona at No. 85; Pine Canyon Club in Flagstaff, Ariz. at No. 91; and The Powder Horn in Sheridan, Wyo. at No. 98.

Three Troon-affiliated facilities are ranked in the “Best 50 Courses of the Caribbean and Mexico,” including Baha Mar (Royal Blue) in Nassau, Bahamas at No. 19, Bahia Beach Resort & Golf Club in Puerto Rico at No. 28 and Ocean Club in the Bahamas at No. 37.

Seven facilities are managed by Troon’s OB Sports division, including Gamble Sands, Sandia Golf Club, The Rim, Stone Canyon, Dalhousie, Tetherow and Baha Mar.
