SNAG Named as LPGA T&CP Corporate Partner
(Tahlequah, OK) – SNAG Golf (‘Starting New At Golf’), a proven first touch player development program designed for new learners of all ages, recently signed a partnership agreement with the LPGA Teaching and Club Professional division as an Approved Education Provider. With this affiliation, SNAG receives a number of key benefits that will prove important to the company which has gained recognition recently due to its new partnership with Jack Nicklaus and the launch of the new Jack Nicklaus Learning Leagues powered by SNAG.
As an Education Provider, SNAG will have use of the LPGA T&CP Approved Education provider logo; be included in a press release distributed to all LPGA media outlets; and be included in emails to all 1,500 T&CP members promoting the SNAG product and curriculum. SNAG will offer its equipment to the LPGA T&CP throughout the year at a discounted rate and exhibit at the T&CP National Teaching & Coaching Summit in Lone Tree, Colorado, August 18-20; at the T&CP National Championship at Chateau Elan Resort in Braselton, Georgia, September 21-25; and at the LPGA T&CP Regional Conference in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, October 6-7.
"SNAG has been a long time supporter and we are glad to have them as an official partner," said Nancy Henderson, VP and Executive Director of the LPGA Teaching and Club Professional division of the LPGA.
“We are proud of our new partnership with the LPGA T&CP and we look forward to continuing our support of the LPGA-USGA Girls Golf program,” said Terry Anton, CEO and co-founder of SNAG. “We are reaching thousands of kids ages 5-12 by teaching them the fundamentals of the game, and if we can get 5-year-olds to like the game because it’s fun and because their friends play it, then perhaps we can keep them in the system for a lifetime and eventually move them from using SNAG equipment to hitting real clubs and balls and taking lessons with LPGA and PGA teaching professionals. We are the bunny slope for golf and we want to work closely with the LPGA’s talented instructors to grow the game.”
