Justin Rose Wins BMW Championship Playing R11 Driver, Corza Ghost Putter and Wearing New adidas Golf STREET Footwear

Victory Moves Rose to No. 3 in FedEx Cup Standings Heading into Season-Ending TOUR Championship

(Carlsbad, Calif.) – TaylorMade-adidas Golf Tour Staff professional Justin Rose shook off inclement weather and numerous charging competitors Sunday at Cog Hill to win the BMW Championship.

Debuting a new adidas Golf shoe and gaming the R11 driver and Corza Ghost putter, Rose missed only two putts inside of 10 feet throughout the week to win the FedEx Cup’s third playoff event. As NBC Sports golf analyst Johnny Miller noted during the back nine on Sunday, “That white putter; if he wins, it’s going to be because of what he did inside ten feet." Rose has used the Corza Ghost in all of his three PGA Tour wins.

Also, Rose debuted the new STREET footwear from adidas Golf at the BMW Championship. STREET footwear offers the movement and comfort of a running shoe and boasts the support and traction that athletes expect from adidas Golf. The spike-less shoe launches in-store on Nov. 1 (in the Sunbelt region of the U.S.) and Feb. 1, 2012 for the rest of the world.

The win elevates Rose to No. 3 in the FedEx Cup Playoffs, which conclude in Atlanta next week with the TOUR Championship. TaylorMade drivers have now been used in 40 victories worldwide this year; more than any other brand.
