Lexi's Return to Competition at the Indy Women in Tech Championship Highlights Golf Coverage

Final regular season event on the PGA TOUR at the Wyndham Championship;
25 PGA TOUR cards on the line at the WinCo Foods Portland Open

(ORLANDO, Fla.) – Golf Channel will air live tournament coverage from five professional golf tours this week, the start of three consecutive weeks where all five tours will be in action on Golf Channel.

The LPGA Tour will be in Indianapolis this week for the Indy Women in Tech Championship, where defending champion Lexi Thompson returns to action after taking a few weeks off from competition.

The PGA TOUR is in Greensboro, N.C. for the Wyndham Championship, the final regular season event on the PGA TOUR schedule before the start of the FedExCup Playoffs. The top 125 in the FedExCup points standings at the end of this week earn PGA TOUR cards for the 2018-19 season and qualify for the first of four playoff events next week at The Northern Trust in New Jersey.

The Web.com Tour also stages its final regular season event this week in Oregon before the start of the four-event Web.com Tour Finals. The top-25 on the money list at the end of this week will be guaranteed PGA TOUR cards for the 2018-19 season.

The PGA TOUR Champions head to upstate New York for the Dick’s Sporting Goods Open, and the European Tour is in Sweden for the Nordea Masters.

Caddy Knows Best with Pernilla Lindberg: Golf Channel will air its “Caddy Knows best” feature during Friday’s coverage with ANA Inspiration champion Pernilla Lindberg and her caddy (and fiancĂ©), Daniel Taylor.

World Long Drive Winner Emily Tubert in the field: Emily Tubert, who on Monday claimed victory in her first-ever World Long Drive competition in Tennessee with a 322-yard drive in the finals, is in the field this week.
Lexi Thompson defends: Lexi Thompson returns to competition this week to defend her 2017 title, where she won by four strokes over Lydia Ko for her ninth career LPGA Tour win.
