Cutter & Buck Adds Sales Representatives in Three Territories

(SEATTLE) — Cutter & Buck has added three new representatives to its golf sales team, all with extensive experience in the apparel industry.  Here is a closer look:

* Erik Tate. With more than 10 years of sales experience in the sports industry, including Oakley and Acushnet Company, Tate will represent Georgia, Alabama and northwest Florida for Cutter & Buck.  In the six years he has represented Oakley, Tate has once been named Sales Rep of the Year and was a top five finalist in three other years.  He graduated in 2000 from Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast communication. Tate resides in Tallahassee, Fla., with his wife Melissa and their two sons, Will and Luke.

* Dan and Melissa Dempsey.  The husband-wife team will be responsible for Cutter & Buck's Eastern Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Maine territories.  Prior to becoming golf sales representatives in 2012, Dan was a head golf professional and Melissa a retail manager.  Their background includes employment at prestigious golf facilities including Breaker's West Country Club, The International Golf Club, and Belmont Country Club.  The Dempseys, who are residents of Clinton, Mass., have won numerous awards during their careers, including the Association of Golf Merchandiser's “Retailer of the Year” award in 2007 and 2008.  Dan remains an active member of the PGA of America.  The Dempsey team will replace long-time Cutter & Buck sales representative, Paul Pichette, who will retire at the end of 2014.

* Kevin Neff.  During his 22-year career as an apparel and headwear sales rep, Neff has earned numerous awards and honors, including PGA of America sectional salesperson of the year honors on six separate occasions.  Neff will serve Cutter & Buck as a sales rep in Colorado, Wyoming and most of Utah.  A father of five children, Neff is a native of Spokane, Wash., and resides in the southwest Denver metro area.
