La Costa Golf Course Renovation Comes to Standstill

About to hit the links ...

Work on the new Legends Course at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa came to a complete standstill recently – but only long enough for Damian Pascuzzo of Pascuzzo & Pate Golf Design, Nunzio Di Christopher of Leemco piping systems and Bob Sylvester of Watertronics (water pump systems) to grill 120 pounds of their home-made Italian sausage.

Roughly 80 members of the project crew and resort staff enjoyed the gourmet sausage, complemented by peppers, bread, salad and more.  (From left are La Costa head superintendent Steve Auckland, course architects Jeff Brauer and Damian Pascuzzo, La Costa assistant superintendent Bryan Tupa, Aspen Corporation shaper Mario (“thumbs up”) Espinoza, Aspen project manager Richard Hagy, Bob Sylvester, Nunzio Di Christopher.)

The new Legends Course is scheduled to be ready in November.

This renovation should be completed soon as it is the most busiest point in the seasons of matches.
