Toptracer Caters to A Younger, Diverse Audience with Launch of “Go Fish” at Toptracer Range Locations

(DALLAS) – Toptracer, a Topgolf Entertainment Group product and the world’s leading ball-tracking technology revolutionizing how fans watch, play and practice golf, today unveiled “Go Fish” at its 250 Toptracer Range locations worldwide.

Catering to a new generation of young golfers and non-traditional consumers looking to level up their range experience, “Go Fish” can be played individually or as a team of up to four people. Players bid to capture each of the 24 different sea creatures in their virtual aquarium by hitting shots to various targets on the driving range. As with other game modes, players can sign into the Toptracer Range app to view progress and compare scores with friends.

“Go Fish is the latest development in our pursuit to make Toptracer Range technology the most inclusive platform in golf,” said Toptracer President, Ben Sharpe. “We want to make the game of golf more accessible for everybody, not just the regular golfer. This is the next step in our journey to grow the game among traditional and non-traditional audiences and introduce younger people to our sport in an entertaining and engaging way, that’ll keep them coming back for more.”

Designed to create a diverse and far-reaching appeal, “Go Fish” is a key feature in a series of large-scale updates and improvements the company has implemented this summer. Visitors can now tee it up at the 2019 PGA Championship venue, Bethpage Black and the site of the 2021 Open Championship, Royal St George’s, in Virtual Golf mode. Toptracer Range Mobile users can now enjoy a new “Capture the Flag” game designed to improve accuracy and consistency.
