New Fitness Series Streaming Today on GolfPass

(ORLANDO, Fla.)
– Aiming beyond the typical New Year’s resolutions to get more fit, GolfPass today premieres Golf Fitness for Everyone, a video series helping golfers with the physical tools they need in order to play – and feel – their best for years to come

Hosted by renowned golf fitness expert Don Saladino, Golf Fitness for Everyone is produced as a foundational resource for fitness, recognizing that golf is a sport for a lifetime. In the series, Saladino helps viewers increase their flexibility and mobility and shows them the best ways to activate their bodies for better golf and overall fitness.

“I believe consistency trumps everything else,” Saladino said about his approach in this series. “If you’re trying to be athletic, if you’re trying to swing the golf club or play a specific sport, you really should take more of a minimalistic dosage – go in, hit it, get stronger, move and leave feeling like you can keep going and want to keep going.”

Golf Fitness for Everyone is offered in two levels, each comprising nine episodes. Level 1 is ready to stream today, with Level 2 – featuring slightly more advanced exercises – scheduled to premiere on Tuesday, Jan. 19. With no advanced equipment or special training areas required, Saladino’s fitness strategies are designed to improve strength and balance and enhance energy to lower handicaps. Regimens are focused on using your own body weight, exercise bands and dumbbells.

Incorporating many of the same techniques used by his celebrity clients – including professional golfer Keegan Bradley and actors Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman and Scarlett Johansson, to name a few – Saladino leveraged the experience of specialized strength and conditioning coaches, physical therapists and PGA instructors, along with nutrition and lifestyle coaches to put this series together.
