Lamkin Wins at Meijer LPGA Classic

(SAN DIEGO) — Lamkin Grips, the innovation leader in golf grip manufacturing, would like to congratulate the winner of the Meijer LPGA Classic on her hugely impressive victory this weekend.

Equipped with custom Lamkin grips specially designed for her PING clubs, the winner took the course apart on the first two days of the tournament, shooting 16 under. That total, including a hole in one on the 15th, broke the tournament 36 hole record she set in 2017.

In taking the title at Blythefield Country Club with a final score of 21 under par, the Canadian national became her country’s most prolific winner on the LPGA Tour and also passed the leading number of wins for her compatriots on male Tours.

The Custom Lamkin PING grips used by the winner deliver a functional performance advantage with their comfortable, secure connection between player and club. Featuring Lamkin’s proprietary materials and surface patterns, the custom grips combine the unique feel and superior traction found in all Lamkin grips that both club golfers and the best players in the world can rely on every round.
