Now Live: BransonGolfTravel.com Books Custom Packages in Fastest-Growing U.S. Golf Destination

(BRANSON, MISSOURI) – Planning a trip to North America’s most-compelling golf destination has never been easier now that BransonGolfTravel.com enables convenient, one-stop custom booking services to avid traveling golfers.

BransonGolfTravel.com (417-324-7677) simplifies planning vacations to the Branson/Lakes Area – golf’s Ozark Mountain oasis – home to acclaimed courses and high-quality lodging. Whether seeking adventurous weeklong stays or a quick weekend escape, BransonGolfTravel.com helps visitors create their ideal itinerary.

“In today’s hectic, hurry-up world, having an efficient resource like BransonGolfTravel.com makes planning trips stress-free,” said Lynn Berry, Branson/Lakes Area CVB Director of Communications. “With exciting new courses coming online and an array of established golf options, the timing is ideal for traveling golfers.”

With four new courses planned and/or soon to open, the golf destination is making news and drawing attention worldwide. The great anticipation for one of Branson’s newest courses ended Aug. 31 with the debut of the Mountain Top course. The unique 13-hole course – a collaboration between Big Cedar Lodge founder Johnny Morris and World Golf Hall of Fame member Gary Player – brings to three the number of Big Cedar golf courses available to the public.

An 18-hole layout designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw is planned to open in 2018. Given their portfolio of masterful work, expectations are running high for the soon-to-open Branson/Lakes Area course.  Two Tiger Woods’ designs – including his first public course – are targeted for a 2019 debut. One is named Payne’s Valley, in honor of area native son Payne Stewart, and the other is a short course designed with junior players in mind.

Established Branson courses consistently rank among the best in the state, with layouts designed by acclaimed golf architects Jack Nicklaus, Tom Fazio, Bob Cupp, Player and more.  Golfweek rates Branson Hills the No. 1 course in Missouri, while Golf Digest bestows that distinction on Buffalo Ridge Springs. Buffalo Ridge Springs and Top of the Rock are both played during the annual PGA TOUR Champions Legends of Golf at Big Cedar Lodge each spring.

Thousand Hills, Pointe Royale and Holiday Hills are other popular area playing options. Thousand Hills is unique in that it’s a par 64, but without losing a championship-style test of golf, and Pointe Royale is where many of Branson’s live entertainment performers live and play.

Suffice it to say, the Branson/Lakes Area golf destination provides a complementary collection of courses, with a variety of design and terrain styles, all sharing the lush beauty found in the Ozarks.  Add the vast array of after-golf activities, and it’s a tailor-made place for intrepid travelers who love exploring best-in-kind places where there is an abundance of leisure, lodging and dining options.
