Junior Golf Hub Launches

First of Its Kind Interactive Online Community for Junior Golfers Parents and College Coaches

(Ridgefield, CT) - Junior Golf Hub, www.juniorgolfhub.com, an online community for junior golfers with playing aspirations in college, their parents as well as college coaches throughout the United States, is now live according to Roger Knick, the Hub’s founder and a PGA Professional who has been preparing junior golfers for college for more than 20 years.

The site allows aspiring college golfers to create a free golf and academic profile, which is searchable by college golf coaches. Juniors can then “find and follow” programs of interest on the “Hub.” College coaches can showcase their programs and school, then find, “follow” and track players they are interested in.

“We believe that the Junior Golf Hub is a first of its kind service. We created the site to make life easier for aspiring juniors (13 and over), their parents and college coaches recruiting talent for their programs worldwide and believe Junior Golf Hub will readily become the leading “Go To” site in the market,” stated Knick.

“The Hub’s” unique interactive technology allows junior golfers the opportunity to create their own online profile, designed with the help of college coaches, initially at no cost. These profiles are easily searchable by college golf coaches in the United States. In addition, The Hub offers a comprehensive database and search capability covering every college golf program in the United States. Junior golfers can “follow” colleges they are interested in and coaches can track top talent on the site.

Ultimately, the Junior Golf Hub plans to offer juniors specific areas of coaching that go well beyond a typical golf site. Starting this fall, “The Hub” plans to offer instruction segments focusing on the roadmap to college golf, including such important topics as finding and preparing for important tournaments, practice and workout advice, how to evaluate your skill level and more. In addition, “The Hub” plans to include advice for parents of aspiring college golfers.

Knick, who founded Golf Performance Center in Ridgefield, CT eleven years ago and has helped 100+ juniors achieve their aspirations of a college golf career, has essentially taken key aspects from what he has done at the Center and created Junior Golf Hub to assist juniors worldwide in achieving their dreams of playing college golf.

“It’s truly an exciting time for Junior Golf Hub. We are only a few weeks into our first major product launch and have already seen tremendous reception from players, parents and coaches. We hope to create a truly unique site in the junior golf market,” added Gregory Flynn, President of the Junior Golf Hub, and a product of Knick’s Golf Performance Center.

The Junior Golf Hub is an Official Partner of the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA), and supports such important events as the AJGA Preview Series where “The Hub” was introduced to junior golfers in late March. “The Hub” supports other junior golf programs including the Hurricane Tour in the Northeast.
