H4Events USA Announces Sponsors of 2016 Alliance Golf Cup

(JUPITER, Florida) – H4Events USA (www.h4events.com), which organizes and conducts golf-related travel experiences in the U.S. and France, has announced the sponsors and providers of the 2016 Alliance Golf Cup. They are as follows:

The event will take place Oct. 27-29, 2016, at Jonathan’s Landing Golf Club, a private club in Jupiter, Fla. The tournament will be played at The Fazio at Old Trail, an 18-hole course which has been described as one of Tom Fazio’s best designs and is considered the true championship course at Jonathan’s Landing.

The U.S. team and the international team, each featuring professionals and amateurs, will compete vigorously for the 2016 Alliance Golf Cup trophy, but with plenty of enjoyment and camaraderie for all. Golf professionals and avid amateurs are encouraged to participate in this year’s Alliance Golf Cup.

Captains of the 2016 Alliance Golf Cup
Patricia Meunier-Lebouc, the captain of the international team, coached the 2016 French Women’s Golf Olympic Team at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. She is a French former professional golfer on the LET and LPGA Tours. Meunier-Lebouc was a 7-time Tour winner, including the 2003 Kraft Nabisco Championship (a Major), and was a member of two victorious Solheim Cup teams. She currently instructs golf at Ibis Golf & Country Club in West Palm Beach, Fla., and serves as national coach of the French Golf Federation.

John Means Jr., the captain of the U.S. team, was inducted into the Golf Coaches Association of America Hall of Fame in 2013. He has coached college golf at the U. of Idaho, the U. of Minnesota, the U. of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and the U.S. Military Academy. Means has coached two individual NCAA champions and has taught in National Golf Foundation programs.

About the 2016 Alliance Golf Cup
Golf is a language spoke the world over. Across oceans, time zones, cultures and continents, it unites us. In this spirit, H4Events USA presents the 3rd annual Alliance Golf Cup, to be competed Oct. 27-29, 2016, at Jonathan’s Landing Golf Club, in Jupiter, Fla. It will feature two days of Presidents Cup-style competition between the international team and the U.S. team, vying for the Alliance Golf Cup trophy. Fine cuisine and a tournament closing party will be part of the experience. The U.S. team won both the 2014 and the 2015 Alliance Golf Cup competitions, which were played at PGA National Resort and Spa, in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., home of the PGA Tour’s Honda Classic.

Sixty players will participate in the 2016 Alliance Golf Cup. Each team will consist of 10 professionals and 20 amateurs, men and women with handicaps ranging from 20 to 0, playing in friendly competition.
