Antigua Hires a Trio of New Sales Reps

(PEORIA, AZ) - Antigua Group - one of the nation's leading designers and marketers of lifestyle and golf apparel under the distinguished Antigua brand - announces three new U.S. sales reps.

Fran Boone, a 16-year golf industry veteran, takes over the Kentucky and Tennessee territory. She spent the past 16 years as a sales rep for Page & Tuttle, and six of those years also repping EP Pro. Prior to that, Boone worked as vice president of Castner Knott Stores, a division of retail organization Mercantile Stores.

Tommy Scott, a 35-year-old Arizona native, is now covering Arizona and Las Vegas. He started playing golf at age seven, and got into golf sales three years ago as an independent sales rep for PING Apparel, Columbia, Garb, Imperial, GFORE and Aquarius. Two of his sisters are also in the industry, which inspired him to get into golf.

Carlos (Yoyo) Rosario, who originally hails from Puerto Rico, is now in charge of North Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. After working as an assistant golf pro at Dorado del Mar Golf Club in Puerto Rico from 2002-2007, Rosario took on a sub rep job in the Caribbean at Sports Group Inc., representing Titleist, Footjoy, Lorente, Sterling Cut Glass, Ping, Ping Apparel, Cutter & Buck, and Maui Jim for three years before moving to Dallas in 2010 to become sales manager for Lorente Golf. He also played on the George Mason University golf team from 1997-2001.

"We are thrilled to have these three outstanding individuals representing Antigua," says John Anderson, vice president of sales. "Their personalities and experience add a collective boost to our sales force, and we are confident that our customers in their territories will notice the new Antigua energy right away."
