OnCore Golf Introduces New Caliber Golf Ball

Unique ball structure of hollow metal core surrounded by Soft Cell technology maximizes shot accuracy even on mishits

(BUFFALO, NY) - OnCore Golf – developers of the first USGA approved hollow core golf ball – announces its new Caliber golf ball is now available online at OnCoreGolf.com and at select retail locations nationwide.

The Caliber ($29.99 dozen) features a patented .9 inch hollow metal core while incorporating high performance Soft Cell technology. The hollow core technology was designed to create rifle spin while reducing sidespin, allowing the ball to travel along a straight trajectory similar to a bullet leaving the barrel. For the golfer, the Caliber is a ball that will help reduce erroneous slice or hook flightpaths while adding distance and feel from tee to green.

“The Caliber incorporates the unique hollow metal core technology of our original MA 1.0 ball with the Soft Cell layer that has made our Avant ball so popular,” said co-founder and VP Steve Coulton. “We can’t wait for golfers everywhere to experience the performance they can unlock by playing with the Caliber and the Avant. Like the players who are part of the OnCore community, we always strive to be more, do more and give more to serve golf fanatics worldwide.

In addition to the Caliber, OnCore Golf recently launched the Avant, a golf ball with a unique core composition polymer blend that delivers exceptional velocity and distance. The Avant incorporates OnCore’s unique SoftCell technology to deliver a 65 compression value – generating feel as well as optimal distance. Other OnCore products include athletic apparel like the OnCore Classic Flat Brim Collection that is currently waitlisted due to popular demand.

OnCore is committed to its ‘Be More With OnCore’ mantra through the innovation incorporated in their golf balls, multiple charitable initiatives and an active relationship with the OnCore community.
