VPAR Tournament Management System Adds New Partners

(Chatham, NJ) – VPAR (www.vpar.com) – the award-winning technology company and pioneer of Live Golf Scoring – announces the first wave of courses and events to adopt its Tournament Management System.

Courses like The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club (Orlando, FL), Oviinbyrd Golf Club (Ontario, Canada), Mohegan Sun Golf Club (Baltic, CT) and Spanish Oaks Golf Club (Austin, TX) are just a selection of clubs that have implemented the technology. Events embracing the TMS include The OHL Classic at Mayakoba Pro-Am and The Pacific Junior Golf Tour.

The web-based TMS software debuted at the 2016 PGA Merchandise Show and allows club managers and PGA Professionals to simplify, monetize and significantly enhance the player experience at their outings. Tools like Live Scoring, pace of play reports, leaderboard displays and customizable branding opportunities bring the feel of a TOUR event for a unique outing experience.

“Before we built out the Tournament Management System, we integrated feedback from managers and pros who were familiar with our scoring service,” says VPAR Director of Golf Tommy Forte, PGA. “The result is a complete package that is simple to operate and capable of streamlining everything needed to execute a successful tournament or member event.”

Unlike many software platforms, the VPAR TMS represents significant cost savings for club leaders by not charging per use or for expanded features. Detailed pricing information is available by contacting Tommy Forte, PGA (tommy@vpar.com, 201.661.4982).
