Craig Thomas Captures Second Consecutive Victory at the MasterCard Senior Match Play

(Flagler Beach, FL) - PGA Professional Craig Thomas used his Cure RX3F Series putter to capture victory at the 2015 MasterCard Senior Match Play Championship held recently at the Woodmere Country Club in Woodmere, New York.

Thomas of the Metropolis Country Club, defeated Bill Van Orman of the Meadow Brook Club 5 and 4 and collected the Championship Trophy for the second year in a row.

"I was first introduced to the CURE putter line at the Champions Tour event in Quebec last September," said Thomas. "CURE's Tour Rep, Jim Barfield, was chatting with a few guys on the putting green and I overheard their conversation. I must have looked interested because Jim came over and introduced himself. He spent at least 30 minutes fitting me with a putter. Fast forward a few weeks later and I put the RX3 into play for the Met PGA Senior Championship last fall. The very first nine holes I used the putter in competition I had only 10 putts!! Granted, I did chip in once, but that was still 10 putts for the remaining 8 holes. I went on to win that event and also used it to win the Sr. Trieber Memorial Championship, and wrapped up the Senior Player of the year here in the Met section. This spring picked up right where last fall ended. I have recently switched over to the RX3-Flange putter, and just captured my second straight Met PGA Senior Match Play Championship."

Craig Thomas is the head PGA Professional at the Metropolis Country Club in White Plains, New York. "I like the ability to easily adjust the weight of the putter, and do so frequently according to the speed of the greens which I am playing, stated Thomas. "We just received our order of putters for the golf shop here at Metropolis Country Club, with a CURE Putter demo day scheduled for the end of this month. I am anxious to see how the members react to the line. As a club professional who owns my own shop, I love the ability to adjust the lie angle, as well as the weight of the putters. The fact that the RX1 and the RX2 can be switched from right-handed to left-handed is also a nice feature."

Cure RX Series putters all feature an Extremely High MOI design, which is very stable and offers incredible forgiveness for much greater accuracy and distance control, even on extreme mishits. The adjustable weighting system allows a far greater range of weight than any other putter on the market, allowing the golfer to find the perfect weight to suit their stroke and tempo. The Triangulation Alignment, invented by Deane Beman, helps you line up your putt like an arrow for deadly accuracy. With a higher center of gravity and lower loft, Cure Putters deliver a superior roll - getting the ball rolling sooner, helping it stay on the intended line. Cure Putters' innovative design takes several problematic variables out of the equation and offers incredible forgiveness and control, resulting in a tighter shot dispersion. Golfers of every skill level will putt more consistently, build confidence and achieve better results with a Cure RX Series putter.
