adidas Golf Announces Apparel Partnership with USA GOLF

Includes Provision of Competition Apparel for the USA GOLF Team through 2016

(Carlsbad, Calif.) – adidas Golf and USA GOLF Federation announced that adidas Golf, an industry leader in innovation, technology and performance footwear and apparel, has been named the official uniform provider for the athletes, coaches and staff of USA GOLF. USA GOLF is the national governing body for golf that will select and manage the USA GOLF team when golf returns to the Olympic Games in Brazil in 2016.

In addition to outfitting the men and women of the USA GOLF Team, adidas Golf will develop a line of USA GOLF-branded apparel that will be introduced to the marketplace in late 2014.

The playing members on the USA GOLF Team will receive layering pieces, polos, outerwear and pants designed and engineered to the highest levels of innovation the brand has ever developed. adidas Golf’s Carlsbad-based design team is utilizing new manufacturing and construction techniques to create the most innovative performance golf apparel, precision engineered to maximize the performance of each athlete representing the United States at the Games.
