TRENDYGOLF USA Signs PGA Tour Player James Driscoll

Unique Relationship Sees Leading Fashion E-Tailer Showcase Looks from Tom Morris, Hugo Boss, J.Lindeberg, Galvin Green, Aquascutum and Other Luxury Brands

(LOS ANGELES) – TRENDYGOLF USA – America’s leading online retailer of designer golf-lifestyle apparel, footwear and accessories – announces it has signed James Driscoll to a unique endorsement agreement that will see the PGA Tour player compete in looks from a number of top labels throughout the 2013-2014 season.

As part of this relationship, the 36-year-old Boston native will carry a custom-made TRENDYGOLF staff bag in competition. Driscoll will also appear in the company’s renowned lookbook modeling some of the top trends he’ll showcase in tournaments. Included in the program will be a diverse range of pieces from Aquascutum, Armani, Chervo, Colmar, Dunning, Elevee, Gabicci, Galvin Green, Golfino, Hugo Boss, J.Lindeberg and others.

“This relationship with James is a major step forward in how we communicate our belief that the way you dress definitely affects your game,” says Adrienne Cass, Managing Director of TRENDYGOLF USA. “He’s a fantastic player, has a very athletic build and will embody how trends should be worn by choosing outfits that properly fit his body type and the climate conditions.”

From week to week on Tour, Driscoll will work with TRENDYGOLF to choose outfits that best suit his look, mood and location. He’ll then interact with fans and TRENDYGOLF customers on social media, discussing what he’s wearing and how it performs. One specific benefit to those who draw fashion inspiration from PGA Tour stars – Driscoll’s looks will always be available for immediate purchase at TrendyGolf.com.

“Getting to mix and match all the brands from day to day over the course of the season is going to be a really cool opportunity,” says Driscoll. “Essentially, TRENDYGOLF will be my personal stylist and help to make certain I have the same sense of confidence inside the ropes that I get off the course when I wear clothes that look great and fit well.”

Raised in Brookline, Mass., Driscoll now resides in Jupiter, Fla., and downtown Boston. A member of the PGA Tour since 2004, he counts representing America in the 2001 Walker Cup as one of his biggest thrills in golf.

In 2013, Driscoll finished No. 103 in the FedExCup standings, securing full status for the upcoming season. Away from the course, his favorite pastimes include yoga, boxing, surfing and listening to live music.
