Boxgroove Adds Piney Branch Golf Club

(BELLEVUE, Wash.) - Boxgroove (www.boxgroove.com), an inventive, reliable online network offering golfers the opportunity to play private golf courses of their choosing, has added Piney Branch Golf Club in Upperco, Maryland, to the selection of private courses Boxgroove members can play.

"Piney Branch Golf Club offers an outstanding golf experience and a comfortable friendly ambience," said McRedmond Morelli, founder and CEO of Boxgroove. "The course offers lovely views and a fine skill challenge for players."

The jewel and centerpiece of Piney Branch is the 18-hole championship golf course, 6,870 yards from the tips, best known for its exquisite Bent grass greens, consistently in superb condition. The layout boasts the diversity of northwest Baltimore County's rolling hills, with generous tree-lined fairways. The course has five sets of tees to provide an excellent test of golf for all levels of play, as well as a driving range and expansive practice green. The newly-built 20,000 square-foot clubhouse offers complete banquet and dining facilities. Piney Branch was a site for the 2006, 2007 and 2011 U.S. Amateur Qualifiers.

"For Piney Branch, Boxgroove was a 'no-brainer' for the club and our members," said Scott Wunder, general manager of Piney Branch Golf Club. "We are excited for what is to come!"
