TaylorMade-adidas Golf Tour Staff Professional Richie Ramsay Wins Omega European Masters

Wins Playing R11S Driver and RocketBallz Fairway Wood and Rescues

(CARLSBAD, Calif.) – Having never led a professional tournament after 54 holes, TaylorMade-adidas Golf Tour Staff professional Richie Ramsay played the final round of the Omega European Masters in Crans-Sur-Sierre, Switzerland like a steely veteran.  The 29-year old Scot carded a final round 5-under 66 to win the biggest event of his career by four strokes.

Ramsay was consistent off the tee with his R11S driver and used his Tour Preferred MC Irons to lead the field in greens in regulation. The 2006 United States Amateur Champion also played RocketBallz fairway wood and a Penta TP5 golf ball. He also wore adidas Golf adiPURE footwear.

The victory was Ramsay’s second career European title and his first since the 2010 South African Open Championship.

Ramsay is expected to move into the top 70 Official World Golf Ranking.

TaylorMade was the No. 1 driver, fairway and Rescue in play at the Omega European Masters.
