Boxgroove Adds Flint Golf Club

(BELLEVUE, Wash.) – Boxgroove (www.boxgroove.com), an inventive, reliable online network offering golfers the opportunity to play private golf courses of their choosing, has added Flint Golf Club in Flint, Mich., to the selection of private courses Boxgroove members can play.

"Flint Golf Club, a traditional club with a historic past, offers a magnificent golf experience," said McRedmond Morelli, founder and CEO of Boxgroove. "Its recent facility renovations enhance the welcoming ambience for Boxgroove members."

Flint Country Club, established in 1910, originally was built on the Medbury farm near Goodrich (Atlas). The golf course, which opened for play on May 18, 1919, was designed by world-class architect Willie Park Jr., a former winner of the British Open known as the pioneer of modern golf-course construction. Today the club, now known as Flint Golf Club, proudly maintains its traditions while looking to the future.

"We are excited to offer our members an added service by partnering with Boxgroove," said Pat Markley, PGA Head Professional at Flint Golf Club. "Using Boxgroove's growing list of private clubs allows our members reciprocal play opportunities they have not had in the past.

"Flint Golf Club is happy to share our club with other private-club members on a limited basis by using the unique approach Boxgroove offers in bringing other private-club members together."
