XGOLF Names Jay Russo Chief Marketing Officer & Chief Strategy Officer

(LOS ANGELES) – XGOLF (www.xgolfsimulator.com), a world-renowned advanced-technology golf simulator, club-fitting and instructional system, announces the appointment of Jay Russo as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Strategy Officer.

During eight years in the golf-simulation business, Russo, an industry veteran, developed a successful Web-centric marketing strategy and made multiple appearances in various key media markets. He built strategic alliances with major instructional entities, such as the PGA Center for Golf Learning and Performance and the St. Andrews Links Golf Academy; with major media outlets such as Golf Channel, Golf Digest and others; and with prominent golf associations and retailers including Sports Authority, Golf Etc. and Golfsmith.

Russo also managed a team of sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, support and shipping personnel. His efforts contributed to piloting companies out of the red into the black while simultaneously growing brand awareness and market share.

"It is with pleasure that we welcome Jay Russo to our executive team," said James J. Kim, CEO of XGOLF. "We value his knowledge, experience and expertise, and as we look to the future, we are confident he will help lead and direct the continued growth and success of XGOLF.

"We have seen the benefit Jay brings to XGOLF since he started managing the business in March. Already he has produced new sales and opportunities through his extensive relationships and outreach."

Russo is responsible for XGOLF's sales and marketing initiatives throughout North America, Europe and Latin America, as well as for managing the operations and future research-and-development plans. Russo also will direct the development of strategic alliances with leading golf-industry manufacturers, retailers and media partners.
